SHIPPING POLICY
All items are made to order in our studio and will ship from Charleston, SC. Standard items ship within 2 weeks and custom items ship within 4 weeks. If you need an item faster, please contact us for details on rush orders.

Our preferred shipping methods are USPS or UPS Ground. Shipping costs are based on weight, and are automatically calculated with your order. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information included. USPS can be a bit slow in updating your tracking info, please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for tracking to be reflected correctly on USPS.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eliza Parti gladly accepts returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. Before you send anything back, please contact us at hello@elizaparti.com if you have any problems with your order so we can work out the best solution. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees will apply.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
